Nanolabs Limited ("we", "us", or "our") operates the ICEC School App ("the App"), developed for parents and authorized users of ICEC International School.
Depending on the features provided by the school, the App may display school-related information such as parent or guardian information, student information, attendance, examination schedules and results, report cards, school events, announcements, notifications, and school fee information.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties. Information may be accessed by ICEC International School, authorized school personnel, and Nanolabs Limited where necessary to operate, maintain, secure, or support the App and its backend systems.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
School and student information may be retained for as long as required by ICEC International School for educational, administrative, operational, or legal purposes.
Users may request account or personal data deletion by contacting the school or our support team. Some information may need to be retained where required for legitimate administrative, educational, security, or legal purposes.
